Anita Howald was born in Naha, Okinawa while her father was stationed at the Air Force base located there.  Her family moved to the states when she was a mere five years of age.  They relocated to Whiteman Air Force Base in Knob Noster, Missouri where she attended Elementary and Middle School.  She attended High School in Otterville, Missouri where she graduated Valedictorian of her class.
In the mid-Eighties she moved to Niceville, Florida where she attended a community college, later relocating yet again to Pensacola, Florida where she would complete her BS in Computer Sciences.  She later gained employment as a computer programmer and through a friend met her husband, Anthony Howald.  Anthony and Anita married in 1995 and once again packed up and moved to Memphis, Tennessee.  She attended the University of Memphis and received her Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences.
Anita’s dry wit and veritable knowledge of computer programming made her an obvious choice for the role of Ms. Mifune.  Although she is not an actor by trade, her familiarity with the cast and crew gave her the needed relationships to take on the role.  She always kept the “boys” in check while the film crew invaded her home as well as keep them informed of "computer savvy" information while bringing her along for the filmmaking ride.
